Policies and Procedures

Cancellation and No Show:

  • Stretched has a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you have to reschedule or cancel your service please contact, Stretched at least 24 hours before your scheduled service to receive credit back to your account or schedule a better date/time for you.

  • If you cancel between 12 and 24 hours your account will be assessed for half of your Stretched session cost. If you cancel after this timeframe you will forfeit that session.

  • We have the same forfeit policy for no shows.

  • If you need to cancel please contact us at stretched02@gmail.com or call us at 847-281-7600. You may also go to your online account and cancel or reschedule.

Running Late?

At Stretched, we understand life happens and sometimes running late is unavoidable. In good faith, we will do our best to accommodate your services when you arrive. However it is possible, due to a tight schedule, we may not be able to extending your scheduled time. Please make every effort to show up 5 minutes prior to your scheduled time. All members are encouraged to arrive early and relax in our waiting area or taking advantage of a pre-stretch targeted session.

Session Timing:

  • All 30 minute sessions included: 5 minutes for consultation and set-up 

  • All 60 minute sessions include: 5 minutes for consultation and set-up

Retail purchases:

All unopened retail purchases are returnable for credit at stretched with in 15 days of purchase.
